Remote & hybrid teams · Online across the UK
Workplace wellbeing for teams working apart.
Your employees do not need to share an office to share a coached movement session. Inner Athlete offers online workplace wellbeing for remote and hybrid teams across the UK, with practical movement, posture awareness and routines people can use in their own working environment. Build a programme around how your team works, wherever they log in.

Practical movement. Coached with purpose.
01
Start with the reality of remote work.
A home office, a shared workspace and a kitchen table offer very different amounts of room. Employees may move between them during the week, with calls and deadlines determining when they can step away. A useful remote wellbeing session starts by understanding those constraints. The plan needs to make sense in the places where people will actually take part.
For people teams, access is part of the brief. An activity at head office may be convenient for one group and unavailable to another. Online delivery gives distributed colleagues a shared opportunity to participate, provided the timing, communication and activities reflect their working patterns. It is worth considering who might be left out before deciding how a session will run.
02
Practical movement through a screen.
Inner Athlete’s online corporate sessions apply the same movement and coaching principles used in its workplace service. The focus is on understandable movements, posture resets and simple strength work that can fit around desk-based work. The aim is to give employees a small set of useful actions they can remember and repeat beyond the session.
The available space and equipment should shape the exercise choices. Ask employees what their working setup allows, rather than assuming everyone has a spare room or exercise mat. Share those constraints in your enquiry so the session can be scoped realistically. Clear instructions before the event help participants choose a suitable space and understand what will be involved.
An online session is also a chance to ask questions. Someone may understand a demonstration but still be unsure how it fits their desk setup or routine. Coaching gives that person a way to clarify the task. Over time, that feedback can help identify which movements and habits are most practical for your particular team.
03
Bring office and home workers into the plan.
Hybrid delivery needs a little more thought than placing a laptop at the front of a room. Office colleagues may be joining together while remote colleagues each have their own space. Discuss how people will see and hear the coach, where they can move and how they will ask questions. Those details affect whether the session feels accessible to everyone.
Managers also influence whether people feel able to attend. A wellbeing slot is easier to use when it is treated as time people can genuinely step away from other tasks. Consider meeting clashes, customer coverage and the expectations around participation. The coaching programme can fit the working day, but the organisation needs to make room for it.
If employees work across different schedules, tell us before setting a date. The enquiry should describe the people you want to include and the practical barriers they face. A suitable format can then be discussed around those needs. Avoid assuming that the most convenient time for the organiser is also the most accessible time for the wider team.
04
Build a habit beyond a single call.
A one-off session can introduce a movement routine and help employees try it with guidance. A recurring weekly or monthly format creates opportunities to revisit the work and discuss what happened between sessions. The right choice depends on your objective, your team’s availability and how the programme fits with the rest of your wellbeing activity.
Useful follow-up questions are specific: did people find a moment to use a movement break, did the space work and were the instructions easy to remember? These answers are more actionable than a general impression that the session went well. They help decide whether to simplify a routine, change the timing or build on a format people already use.
You can review attendance and employee feedback alongside the practical habits introduced. These measures describe participation and usefulness; they do not prove improvements in productivity or health. Agreeing realistic expectations from the outset makes it easier to decide what the next block should achieve and whether the programme deserves a regular place in the calendar.
05
Tell us how your team works.
Include your approximate team size, locations, working patterns and the space people are likely to have available. Explain whether the session will be fully remote or include an office group, and mention any constraints around timing. If you have tried online wellbeing activities before, share what employees liked and what made participation difficult.
Inner Athlete’s corporate work is led by Jack Daysley, a strength and conditioning graduate and performance coach based in Yorkshire. Online corporate delivery is available across the UK. Enquire with your brief to discuss a one-off session or regular programme, with pricing based on the delivery format and scope you need.
Common questions.
Can employees join from home?
Yes. Online corporate coaching is available for home-based teams across the UK. Let us know about available space and participation needs so the session can be planned around the group.
Is this suitable for a hybrid workplace?
Yes. Tell us whether colleagues will join individually or together from an office. We can discuss how delivery should work for both groups before agreeing a session.
Can we arrange a regular wellbeing session?
The corporate service can be delivered as a one-off session or a regular weekly or monthly slot. The frequency and format are agreed around your team’s schedule and intended outcomes.
